Assistant Office Manager Import & Export (Female)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of a Assistant Office Manager Import & Export (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating the clearance of goods through customs in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Customs Goods Declaration (GD) on online portal WEBOC & PSW .
  • Coordinating with clients and answer all their queries
  • Coordinate with shipping line for consignment payments and other Requirements
  • Coordination with Terminals / Yards
  • Update each jobs and prepare daily reports of each respected Client
  • Track Shipments & make payments of Duties & Taxes on time to avoid Demurrage

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Custom Clearing Agent or in a similar role
  • Should have a very good knowledge of PCTs & SROs
  • Proficiency in using customs software and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and can be easily retrieved when necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • MS Office, ERP

Experience: 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
