Job Description:

The Assistant Officer – DAE Electrical is responsible for supporting the electrical maintenance team in the installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of electrical systems and machinery. This role ensures that all electrical equipment performs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The position involves routine inspections, fault diagnosis, documentation, and coordination with production teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• DAE (Electrical) from a recognized technical institute.
• Fresh to 01 year of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, industrial control panels, wiring, PLC basics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of safety standards, electrical drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle electrical breakdowns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, wiring, circuits, and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and industrial machines.
• Record inspection results, maintenance activities, and electrical test data with accuracy.
• Identify electrical faults or deviations and report non-conformities to senior electrical staff.
• Support in implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce electrical breakdowns.
• Monitor electrical systems during production to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and electrical regulations.
• Assist during internal/external audits, safety inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate with production teams to support smooth machine operations and resolve electrical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation as per maintenance protocols.
