KEY RESULTS AREA:
1. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly to ensure alignment with corporate safety policies, regulations, and

customer requirements, resulting in a robust and cost-effective laundering value chain.

2. Conduct on-the-job training, orientation, and probation management to ensure staff are well-versed in SOPs and equipped for optimal

performance.

3. Monitor team performance, address misconduct and poor performance, and leverage evaluations for accurate staff appraisals, contributing

to improved team effectiveness.

4. Lead and develop a team of Line Supervisors/Team Leaders to efficiently manage production tasks, meet daily targets, and enhance

employee engagement.

5. Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of production activities, aligning processes with SOPs, and maintaining quality standards across the

laundering process.

6. Assist in preparing and managing the production budget, ensuring manpower resources are effectively allocated and costs are optimized

in line with budgetary constraints.

7. Identify and troubleshoot inefficiencies in the production process, implementing performance improvements to achieve cost optimization.

8. Analyze production reports and data on maintenance and malfunctions to provide actionable recommendations that address challenges

and enhance processes.

9. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive

management of non-conformance reports (NCRs).

10. Liaise with chemical suppliers to ensure timely delivery, maintain adequate stock levels, update washing programs, and ensure timely

submission of service reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor*s degree in operations management or a related field

b) Certification in Laundry Operations related development courses (preferred)

Work Experience:
a) Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years* experience in a supervisory role within the laundry or manufacturing industry.

Skills:
a) Excellent leadership and team management skills.

b) Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies.

c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.

d) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

e) Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
