  • * Operational Support:** Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
  • ** Staff Management:** Train, motivate, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering development and ensuring high performance.
  • ** Process Improvement:** Implement and optimize operational procedures, document gaps, and ensure adherence to best practices and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • ** Reporting & Analysis:** Generate operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • ** Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with other departments (IT, HR, Logistics) to ensure seamless operations and resolve interdepartmental issues.
  • ** Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve operational issues and escalations promptly and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
