We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager to support the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of business activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled at problem-solving, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support: Assist the manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations.

2. Team Coordination: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

3. Performance Monitoring: Track and report team performance metrics, addressing any issues to improve productivity.

4. Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

5. Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage schedules as needed.

6. Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.

7. Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

8. Training & Development: Assist in onboarding new employees and providing necessary training.

9. Project Assistance: Support the manager with special projects, including planning and execution.

10. Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and management to ensure clear and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
