MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Manager (Directors’ Financial Management Unit) to join our team in Lahore at Head Office.

Position Title: Assistant Manager

Department / SVP: DFMU

Reports To: Directors & Group Head of Finance

Location: Head Office

Job Purpose:

To manage and control all financial activities related to Directors—including personal payments, Dubai investments, new business ventures, loans, intercompany adjustments, and cash float management—while ensuring accuracy, transparency, documentation, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directors’ Financial Management

  • Oversee and execute all financial transactions related to Directors.
  • Manage personal, business, and investment-related payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely ledger updates.

2. Dedicated Bank Account Management

  • Operate the dedicated Directors’ bank accounts.
  • Ensure all inflows/outflows are recorded accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements monthly.

3. Ledger & Documentation Control

  • Maintain separate ledgers for:
  • Personal transactions
  • Dubai investment & new business ventures
  • Loans to/from Directors
  • Intercompany adjustments
  • Cash float
  • Ensure zero discrepancies through timely reconciliation.

4. Loans & Intercompany Adjustments

  • Document and process all loans to/from Directors.
  • Maintain repayment schedules.
  • Prepare monthly summaries for Directors.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for intercompany entries.

5. Cash Float Supervision

  • Manage predefined cash limits.
  • Approve disbursements.
  • Monitor weekly reconciliation and receipts.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare:
  • Monthly consolidated Director-wise statement
  • Loan ledgers
  • Investment statement
  • Cash float report
  • Outstanding items report
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure data handling.

KPIs / Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy of ledgers (zero unresolved variances).
  • On-time monthly reporting.
  • Compliance with SOP and documentation standards.
  • Efficient management of dedicated bank account.
  • Timely execution of urgent Director transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • M.Com / MBA (Fin) / ACCA / CA-Inter or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years relevant finance experience.
  • Strong reconciliation, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial data.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
