About the role:

We’re looking for a smart, execution-focused D2C Operations professional to join our fast-growing beauty & skincare brand. This role sits at the heart of our rapid commerce and D2C operations, ensuring smooth daily execution, strong cross-functional coordination, and quick problem-solving in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day D2C and rapid commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
• Work closely with quick commerce partners to track performance, SLAs, fill rates, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with dark stores / fulfillment partners to improve inventory availability, dispatch timelines, and service quality.
• Support and operate control tower dashboards to monitor real-time operations, resolve issues, and drive quick decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams (supply chain, customer experience, finance, category, and tech) and external partners.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports and insights for leadership.

Preferred Experience & Skills (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with rapid commerce / quick commerce operations.
• Understanding of dark store operations and last-mile fulfillment models.
• Exposure to control tower operations for real-time monitoring and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Sharp problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and evolving processes typical of a growing D2C brand.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer internet companies is a plus.
