Assistant Operations Manager

Fasttrack Call Taxi is looking for a Call Center Assistant Manager to support daily call center operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Call Center Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Supervise and guide call center executives
  • Handle booking allocations, dispatch issues, and escalations
  • Monitor call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with drivers, operations team, and branch staff
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare daily reports (bookings, trips, issues, performance)
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
  • Support training of new call center staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in call center or taxi operations
  • Experience in cab booking / dispatch systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
  • Good leadership and team-handling ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Call Taxi / Transport / Logistics industry
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Calm under pressure and customer-focused
  • Local area knowledge is an added advantage
