Urgent Hiring: Assistant Operations Manager

We’re urgently looking for a Assistant Operation Manager to join our growing team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operation
• Ensure shipments are delivered on time
• Communicate with TL/Supervisors, drivers and helpers and resolve issues.
• Manage logistics documentation
• Resolve shipping and logistics issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics or related field is a plus
