Associate Manager - HR Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead and manage HR operations at our Peshawar branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
  • Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review
  • Drive implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and best practices at branch level
  • Liaise with head office HR for alignment on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
