We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead and manage HR operations at our Peshawar branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review
- Drive implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and best practices at branch level
- Liaise with head office HR for alignment on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
