We're looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Assistant Operations to support our operations team and assist in delivering outstanding travel experiences to our clients.
Job Overview: The Assistant Operations will initially focus on supporting the operations team with daily activities, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination of tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager with planning and coordinating tours.
- Help manage logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and customer requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Maintain records and assist in documentation related to tours and clients.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, and other service providers as required.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration, hospitality, tourism, or a related field).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Detail oriented, reliable, and proactive.
- Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
