Assistant Operation Manager - F & B

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets. You will support the Operations Manager in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and improving efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations

* Supervise and support outlet teams to ensure smooth service

* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control

* Help implement company policies and quality standards

* Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction

* Support in training and performance evaluation of staff

Requirements:

* Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry (minimum 2 years preferred)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Good understanding of operations and customer service

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
