About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our F&amp;B outlets. You will support the Operations Manager in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and improving efficiency across all departments.Key Responsibilities:* Assist in managing day-to-day F&amp;B operations* Supervise and support outlet teams to ensure smooth service* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control* Help implement company policies and quality standards* Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction* Support in training and performance evaluation of staffRequirements:* Experience in the F&amp;B or hospitality industry (minimum 2 years preferred)* Strong leadership and communication skills* Good understanding of operations and customer service* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary and benefits* Opportunities for growth and career development* Positive and supportive work environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: KD500.000 - KD700.000 per month
