ACCOUNTANT WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIANCE

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the real estate sector.

Experience using accounting systems; experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good knowledge of rental revenue processing, lease contracts, security deposits, and periodic reconciliations.

Ability to prepare financial statements and perform monthly and annual closing activities.

Familiarity with the financial and tax regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait.

Job Responsibilities

Record daily accounting entries and prepare bank reconciliations.

Monitor rental income, collections, and receivables.

Manage tenant and supplier accounts.

Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.

Monitor real estate expenses, maintenance costs, and project-related expenditures.

Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.

Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
