Assistant Operations Manager – Procurement & Cost Control

Due to fast growth, we are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager – Procurement & Cost Control to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and service providers
• Monitor and control costs across operational activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices and cost structures
• Prepare cost reports, comparisons, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dubai
• Strong background in procurement, operations, or cost control
• Experience working with suppliers and contractors
• Excellent understanding of costs and budgeting
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Russian and/or Arabic are highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
