Our developments don&rsquo;t just transform skylines &mdash; they redefine lifestyles and elevate interaction with the modern city.As we expand our portfolio and launch new projects in the UAE, we are looking for a Head of Planning and Budgeting (Financial Analysis) to lead the company&rsquo;s financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis function.Role OverviewThe Head of Planning and Budgeting will lead the Planning &amp; Budgeting Department and be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and analytical support for management decision-making across development and real estate projects.This is a senior, in-house strategic role with direct impact on project profitability, cash flow management, and business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Budgeting<ul><li>Lead preparation of annual, operational, and project budgets (revenues, expenses, cash flow).</li><li>Consolidate budgets from all departments and projects.</li><li>Monitor budget execution and identify deviations and financial risks.</li></ul>2. Financial Planning<ul><li>Develop short-term and long-term financial plans.</li><li>Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.</li><li>Plan funding requirements for ongoing and new development projects.</li></ul>3. Analysis and Control<ul><li>Conduct plan vs. actual analysis and explain variances.</li><li>Perform profitability and performance analysis by project and business unit.</li><li>Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior leadership.</li></ul>4. Methodology and Regulations<ul><li>Develop and improve budgeting policies, procedures, and financial models.</li><li>Set, monitor, and control expenditure limits.</li><li>Support and enhance the management accounting and internal reporting systems.</li></ul>5. Cross-Department Coordination<ul><li>Collect, review, and validate budget requests from departments.</li><li>Advise department heads on budgeting and financial planning matters.</li><li>Participate in financial, investment, and budget committees.</li></ul>6. Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and develop the Planning &amp; Budgeting Department, including FP&amp;A analysts, budgeting specialists, and economists.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial data and analytics.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial planning, or budgeting, preferably within real estate or development companies.</li><li>Proven experience working in the UAE is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate development economics and project finance.</li><li>Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.</li><li>High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.</li><li>Fluent English and Russian &ndash; mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.</li><li>Strategic mindset, leadership skills, and high attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with UAE market standards.</li><li>Official employment under UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Employment visa and medical insurance.</li><li>Modern office in Downtown Dubai.</li><li>Supportive, multicultural, and professional team environment.</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing development company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
