Project Manager (Real Estate Development)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Project Manager with Real Estate Development Experience to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility, design, approvals, construction, to handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
• Handle authority approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support land acquisition and development strategy.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate Development.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
