Project Manager – Fitout / civil

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning — Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans for fit‑out/civil works.
  • Site Management — Oversee daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Client Coordination — Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Authority Approvals — Manage approvals with DM, DCD, Trakhees, DEWA, ADDC, and other authorities.
  • Budget & Cost Control — Prepare BOQs, monitor project budgets, and control variations.
  • Procurement Management — Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and long‑lead items.
  • Quality Assurance — Ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • HSE Compliance — Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
  • Team Leadership — Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Progress Reporting — Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and updates.
  • Risk Management — Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Project Handover — Ensure snag-free completion, testing & commissioning, and final documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Above 10 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out and civil works.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
