Project Manager / Site Engineer – Luxury Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Engineer to oversee project execution, coordinate site activities, and ensure the successful delivery of luxury interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise luxury interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review drawings, technical details, and project documentation.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support to project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputable university.
• 8–10 years of overall experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in luxury residential and villa fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven track record of successfully completing luxury projects in premium Dubai communities such as:

Palm Jumeirah

Emirates Hills

The Meadows

Jumeirah Islands

Dubai Hills Estate

Al Barari

Similar high-end residential developments

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury villa renovations, bespoke interiors, and high-end residential fit-out.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and luxury interior detailing.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
