PROJECT MANAGER / INTERIOR FIT-OUT PROJECTS

We're Hiring: Project Manager for Residential & commercial fit-out projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our fit-out interior projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in technical, site execution, and project leadership, with a proven track record in managing High rise tower and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of Residential & commercial fit-out projects.
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Lead on-site teams and monitor daily progress to meet deadlines.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Luxury villa interior project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project reporting and coordination with stakeholders.

Experience:

Specialization in luxury villas and residential developments.
Knowledge of local construction norms and authority approval processes.
