Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project execution from planning to handover.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Manage project risks, contract administration, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Prepare management reports and project performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in UAE contracting companies.
• Proven experience managing high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
