Project Manager – Aluminium Fabrication & Facade

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Aluminium Fabrication, Facade Systems, and Site Execution to manage and oversee multiple projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in aluminium and facade projects from design coordination through fabrication, installation, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage aluminium and facade projects from award to final handover.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

* Review project drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

* Ensure fabrication and installation activities are completed as per project requirements.

* Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

* Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

* Attend client and consultant meetings.

* Manage variations, claims, and project documentation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

* Minimum 8-10 years of total experience.

* Minimum 5-6 years of UAE experience in Aluminium Fabrication and Facade Projects.

* Strong knowledge of curtain wall, doors, windows, cladding, and aluminium systems.

* Experience managing fabrication and installation teams.

* Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and execution.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* UAE Driving License is preferred.

* Available to join immediately or within short notice.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
