We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and associated civil works projects from inception through to successful completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, team leadership, quality assurance, commercial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery

• Take full ownership of landscaping, swimming pool, and water feature projects from mobilization through final handover.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, testing, commissioning, and close-out.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial challenges to maintain project progress.
• Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects while meeting client expectations and company objectives.

Planning & Project Coordination

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Facilitate effective communication between engineering, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and implement action plans to address project risks and challenges.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely achievement of key deliverables.

Site & Team Management

• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure activities are progressing according to approved plans and schedules.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Provide leadership, technical direction, and decision-making support to project teams.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Technical Oversight

• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications prior to execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, project requirements, client specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering and construction issues.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, irrigation, and landscaping disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor design changes, technical approvals, and engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Swimming Pool & Water Feature Works

• Oversee the construction and installation of swimming pools, pump rooms, balancing tanks, filtration systems, fountains, waterfalls, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure proper installation and integration of pumps, piping networks, electrical systems, lighting, automation controls, and water treatment equipment.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, performance verification, and defect rectification prior to project handover.
• Ensure all water feature systems meet operational, aesthetic, and quality requirements.

Landscaping & Civil Works

• Manage hardscape and softscape works, including paving, kerbstones, pathways, retaining walls, planting, turfing, irrigation systems, pergolas, and landscape structures.
• Oversee excavation, grading, drainage systems, earthworks, and site preparation activities.
• Ensure landscaping and civil works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.

Cost Control & Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to optimize project expenditure and maximize profitability.
• Review subcontractor progress claims, payment certifications, and variation orders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering without compromising quality or delivery.
• Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and commercial reporting.

Quality Assurance, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce company quality management systems, HSE policies, and UAE regulatory requirements across all project activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are implemented throughout the project.
• Manage non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management and clients.
• Track project risks, delays, claims, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including approvals, inspections, correspondence, and records.
• Ensure accurate as-built documentation, testing records, commissioning reports, and final handover packages.
• Support project close-out and post-completion review activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of UAE experience managing landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, hardscape and softscape construction, irrigation systems, MEP coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness, project planning, and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other project management software is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
