Senior Budgeting & Planning Analyst

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Senior Budgeting & Planning Analyst to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models for development projects and corporate planning
• Monitor project budgets and analyze variances against actual performance
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and scenario planning
• Track project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability
• Collaborate with development, commercial, construction, and finance teams to ensure accurate planning assumptions
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Support the implementation and enhancement of budgeting and reporting processes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial planning data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or corporate finance
• Experience within real estate development, construction, or a project-based environment is highly preferred
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience working with ERP systems and budgeting software
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage
