Position Summary:
The Assistant Outlet Manager manages the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant and bar outlets. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and assisting in team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar outlets.
Ensure service standards are consistently met and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Support scheduling of staff shifts and monitor labor costs.
Track inventory and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide guidance and support for staff training and development.
Communicate menu updates and promotional activities to the team.
Monitor revenue and expenses, implementing measures to improve efficiency.
Assist in organizing and executing special events and functions within the outlet.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar management (preferably in a hotel environment).
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
Guest-oriented, solution-focused, and a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
