About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the F&B Service team in Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback.
  • Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns and service escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality
  • WSET Level 2 or 3 is desirable
  • Additional languages required (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian)
  • Leadership and Team management skills
