Vignette Collection, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Outlets Manager to oversee multiple dining and beverage venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and inspire food and beverage teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and event venues, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
* Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation in all outlets.
* Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor operations.
* Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through cost control, upselling, and budgeting.
* Analyze guest feedback, identify improvement areas, and implement service enhancements.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and brand compliance.
* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for outlet staff.
* Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, supplies, and cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
* Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service techniques, and customer experience management.
* Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and restaurant management software.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Must possess or be eligible for local certifications required by UAE hospitality regulations.
