Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire food and beverage teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Oversee operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and event venues, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation in all outlets.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor operations.
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through cost control, upselling, and budgeting.
  • Analyze guest feedback, identify improvement areas, and implement service enhancements.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and brand compliance.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for outlet staff.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, supplies, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
