ASSISTANT PASTRY CHEF

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to support our pastry and production team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in baking and preparing cakes and pastries
• Support frosting and basic cake decorating tasks
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Wash and organize tools, trays, and equipment
• Assist with stock handling and proper storage of ingredients
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of baking and kitchen operations is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the pastry field
