1. Stakeholder Alignment & Revenue Planning

Partner with Category, Marketing, and Growth teams to understand planned interventions (campaigns, promotions, new launches, price changes)

Translate interventions into measurable impacts on traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rates, and derive corresponding demand signals
-
Facilitate alignment on top-down revenue numbers with stakeholders and reconcile with overall business targets

Act as the single source of truth for intervention-led demand assumptions used across planning functions
2. Impact Analysis & Insights

Build frameworks to capture the effectiveness of business interventions and translate them into demand shifts
-
Conduct pre- and post-analysis of campaigns, launches, and promotions to refine forecasting assumptions

Identify demand drivers and communicate insights to senior leadership in a structured way
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Supply Planning to ensure demand signals are executable and realistic
-
Collaborate with Finance to ensure aligned revenue projections flow into financial planning
-
Act as the key interface between commercial teams and planning teams, ensuring consumer-led metrics are embedded into demand planning 4. Governance & Reporting

Create a governance mechanism for intervention-based demand signals (reviews, assumptions sign-offs)

Publish weekly/monthly intervention trackers with visibility on impact vs. plan

Provide leadership with scenario-based insights (e.g., “if traffic uplift is X%, revenue moves by Y%”)

Have 2-5 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Analytics.

Have a strong understanding of D2C business

Are detail-oriented, have extremely high ownership and be able to take direction and work well with multiple stakeholders

Have highly analytical to track and report data

Have strong communication skills

Have strong bias for action and ability to prioritize daily tasks, basic effort and impact.

Have the capability to meet our technical requirements, which include MS Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
