About the Role

We’re looking for an Amazon Assistant PPC Manager who can think strategically but also execute the day-to-day work with confidence.

You’ll manage ad campaigns, talk to clients, look at numbers, find insights, and constantly look for ways to improve performance. This role is perfect for someone who:

• Is organized and can manage multiple accounts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns
• Review performance regularly and make smart adjustments
• Prepare insights and explain results in simple language
• Join client calls and keep communication smooth
• Use Amazon tools like Scale Insights, Helium10, and internal dashboards
• Maintain reports and keep documentation updated
• Work with the team to share learnings and improve systems together

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience managing Amazon PPC in an agency environment.
• Solid understanding of Amazon Ads and best practices
• Someone who thinks ahead, not just reacts
• Strong analytical mindset (Google Sheets skills are a must)
• Clear communicator — written and verbal
• Curious and willing to learn new tools, ideas, and strategies

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $400 USD/month (fixed) (gross)
• Quarterly Performance Bonus:
• If quarterly KPIs are met, the assistant becomes eligible for a 20% revenue-based bonus pool, distributed every 3 months.
• KPIs and performance metrics will be evaluated every 30 days, with payouts aligned to each quarter.
