Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Principal to support the leadership and daily operations of a bilingual Arabic-English school in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will help maintain high academic standards, support teachers and students, and strengthen relationships with parents and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

· Support academic and administrative operations of the school

· Monitor teaching quality and student performance

· Assist in curriculum implementation and school improvement plans

· Support teacher development, evaluations, and recruitment

· Handle student discipline and parent communication

· Ensure smooth daily school operations and compliance with policies

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field

· 5+ years of experience in school leadership or academic administration

· Fluent in Arabic and English

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Experience in bilingual, British, or international schools preferred

· GCC/Bahrain school experience is an advantage
