Assistant Principal

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Position: Full-Time
Preferred Candidate: Female Arab Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Principal to support the leadership and daily operations of a bilingual Arabic-English preschool in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will help maintain high academic standards, support teachers and students, and strengthen relationships with parents and the local community.

• Support academic and administrative operations of the school
• Monitor teaching quality and student performance
• Assist in curriculum implementation and school improvement plans
• Support teacher development, evaluations, and recruitment
• Handle student discipline and parent communication
• Ensure smooth daily school operations and compliance with policies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• 5+ years of experience in preschool leadership or academic administration
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in bilingual, British, or international preschools preferred
• GCC/Bahrain preschool experience is an advantage

Experience:

• Assistant Principal in preschool: 2 years (Required)
• school leadership & Academic Administration: 2 years (Required)
