About the Opportunity

Human Capital is hiring on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company for the position of Assistant Process Improvement Manager – Plant Operations.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in process improvement, plant operations, and continuous improvement practices within a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement and Mapping

Assist in mapping existing processes (AS-IS) and designing improved workflows (TO-BE)

Identify inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives

Contribute to standardization of processes and operational efficiency

Documentation and Coordination

Prepare and maintain accurate meeting minutes

Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders

Maintain proper documentation of processes and SOPs

Training and Implementation

Support development of training materials for new processes and SOPs

Assist in the rollout and implementation of process improvements

Continuous Improvement

Support initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce operational gaps

Promote a culture of efficiency, improvement, and structured working

Requirements

Strong interest in operations, process improvement, or industrial workflows

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment

Basic knowledge of process mapping or flowcharts will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

Education: BBA, MBA, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: Fresh to 2 years
