Position Overview:

We’re hiring an 'Assistant Product Manager' to support our product team in building reliable health tech solutions. The role involves working on product planning, user feedback, and feature improvements. It’s a great opportunity to grow and make a real impact in healthcare.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a BBA from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business development opportunities and structure them for execution.
• Conduct corporate visits in key cities to establish and strengthen professional relationships.
• Analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance to drive business growth.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Devise and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and company sales performance to optimize strategies.
• Represent PharmaGuide Systems at corporate meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with BRM and CRM tools for professional relationship management.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on marketing strategies.
