Requirements:

• Must have a degree in Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Business.
• You are a recent graduate or have less than 6 months of experience.
• You can explain scientific product details simply.
• You are a great communicator and are good with computers (MS Office, email).

Your Job:

• Talk to clients on phone, email, and online meetings.
• Explain our products (like what they do, certifications, and quality).
• Handle end-to-end client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Follow up B2B clients (traders, distributors, R&D teams).
• Explain technical details (certifications, formulations, compliance) of cosmetic ingredients.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and accounts teams.
• Track industry trends and competitor products.
• Learn about market trends and what competitors are doing.
• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce or science.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• 0-6 months experience in Sales of Pharma or Nutraceutical Industry.
• Ability to understand technical specs of our products.
• Ability to do Market Research to design products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and handling inquiries via email/phone.
