Sales Executive and Bidder – Upwork

Are you experienced in acquiring clients through Upwork We’re looking for a results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our team and online sales efforts across the following service areas:

• Design Development
• Video Editing Services
• App Development Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on and generate leads via Upwork.
• Write tailored proposals that convert potential leads into clients.
• Engage prospects through platform messaging, follow-ups, and calls.
• Maintain and optimize platform profiles to increase visibility and credibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and refine strategy as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Upwork.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of digital services (Design, Video, or App Development).
• Strategic thinker with experience crafting high-converting proposals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with night shift hours.
