Assistant Product Manager

job description

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders timely.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of medicines.
  • Track expiry dates and manage near-expiry items.
  • Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
  • Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure professional and ethical conduct among staff.
  • Prepare reports on sales, stock, and operations.
  • Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments.

Mandatory Things

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
  • Valid Pharmacist License/Registration
  • 1 years of pharmacy experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Inventory and supply chain management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (pharmacy software, MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
