Assistant PPC Manager

· Assist in preparation of production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and capacity.

· Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

· Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

· Track work-in-progress (WIP) and highlight delays or bottlenecks.

· Support material planning and ensure availability of raw materials and trims.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

· Follow up on order status and update management on risks and delays.

· Assist in line loading, capacity planning, and balancing.

· Ensure ERP / planning system data is updated accurately.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and efficiency.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, Supply Chain, or related field (Preferred).

· 8 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning (Garment or Manufacturing industry preferred).

· Strong understanding of production processes and workflow.

· Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

· Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
