We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join a global, pioneering tech company at the forefront of consumer electronics and mobile innovation, delivering smart technology that empowers people worldwide


Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 20,000– 25,000 AED/month + benefits including premium medical insurance (including dental)


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business/IT/Engineering or a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, AgilePM, ACP or Lean Six Sigma qualifications
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations (online, offline, omni), retail strategies & eCommerce trends.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce projects, including website development, feature implementation, and platform optimization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology.
  • Detail-oriented, forward planning, able to work independently, showing initiative, being hands-on.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms(Hybris, AEM, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce) & related ecosystems - including ERPs, WMS, CMS, payment gateways, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, building& leading geographically distributed agencies.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, project & stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, reliable, quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas of issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations/ strategic plans for business growth.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams (business analysts, developers, QA, architects).
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals – including WBS, Project Plans, Critical Paths, Status Reports, Kanban, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, being organised & with high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management on different levels and geographies.
  • Fluent in English(Bonus: Korean, Arabic, French, or Turkish).



Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time& budget completion.
  • Track project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement & optimize customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between regional D2C, development, and global platform teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation while building a regional knowledge repository to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Corporate Office while ensuring effective communication with local stakeholders to address challenges promptly.
  • Present complex information in an understandable format to all stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • Analyse regional e-commerce trends & assess applicability to the company’s D2C for data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent weekly planning and reporting cycles, including clear updates on progress toward vision, goals, deliverables, features, issues, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Engage in technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including design, code, and test, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist the D2C Platform Head in managing internal stakeholder expectations for deliverables while implementing effective project governance systems.
  • Ensure smooth execution by fostering communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams while addressing challenges proactively.
  • Guarantee adherence to company policies, industry regulations, & legal requirements for D2C.
  • Collaborate with D2C teams and regional/global technical teams to ensure platform stability while delivering high-quality enhancements aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the system defect lifecycle by overseeing logging, management, and closure of defects during BVT, SIT, and UAT phases to maintain platform integrity.
  • Identify, communicate, and address risks throughout the delivery process, managing scope and stakeholder expectations with a focus on test streams and QA.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, identifying & mitigating risks for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure Acceptance Criteria (AC) and Definition of Done (DOD) are followed, maintaining a sustainable pace and adhering to the quality management plan.


About the Role:


We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager for the role that is pivotal in advancing the company’s D2C eCommerce strategy and driving overall D2C growth. As a key member of the PMO team, you will be directly responsible for managing the implementation of new features, functions, and integrations on the D2C eCommerce platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative platform enhancements, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring platform stability in alignment with global standards.
