In this role, you will:
Principal responsibilities
- Play a significant role in growing HSBC’s FX & Global Money business
- Develop data and customer centric growth strategies, in line with HSBC's broader transactional banking suite
- Deliver commercial growth with a focus on active FX & Global Money users, increased revenues and higher market share
- Work closely with other product, proposition & marketing teams on commercialization strategies - to ensure maximum awareness of HSBC’s FX & Global Money capabilities
- Drive and manage strategic propositional development and implementation to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
- Solicit market intelligence and keep close dialogue with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, preferences and new product trends
- Implement change through positive and proactive engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a robust risk & control environment for FX & Global Money
Knowledge / Experience
- Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
- 3 years of working experience in product management, FX is preferred, including E2E lifecycle management & commercialization
- Proven track record of commercial growth & innovation
- Customer obsessed
- Can-do attitude with role model behaviors
- Fluent in English
