- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in:
o Electronics (analog/digital)
o Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers
o Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Additional EE core/elective courses based on expertise
- Supervise labs, senior design projects, and graduate theses.
- Develop and maintain an active research agenda with scholarly publications.
- Seek external research funding individually or collaboratively.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation activities.
- Provide service to the department, college, and university.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering and should have demonstrated expertise in the area of Electronics and Embedded systems and a track record of scholarly activities. The successful candidate will be expected to initiate and sustain active research programs, coordinate courses and participate in advising and mentoring students. Proven expertise in the area of designing electronic system and developing architecture for embedded systems is required. Willing to teach analog and digital electronics as well. Excellence in research and teaching is essential. Experience with ABET accreditation requirements, and knowledge of innovative curriculum development and implementation is a plus.

1- Academic Qualification:
The Candidate holds a Master and PhD degrees in a field related to the job from a university recognized and accredited by Qatar University.

3- Minimum GPA Requirement:

The Candidate demonstrates proficiency in the language and technical skills required for the position.
