- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum to maintain academic excellence.
- Industry Collaboration and Research: Engage with industry partners, secure research funding, and publish impactful research.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline such as Business Informatics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a closely related field.
- A demonstrated record of scholarly excellence, commensurate with the academic rank sought.
- A strong commitment to innovative pedagogy and fostering student-centered learning.
- Evidence of research productivity, collaboration, and the potential to secure external grants.
- For Full Professor applicants, a proven record of academic leadership and program development is required.
