Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Professor in Engineering & Architecture to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality teaching, student mentorship, and research development within the faculty, while supporting curriculum enhancement and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and, where applicable, postgraduate lectures in Engineering and Architecture disciplines
• Prepare and update course materials, assessments, and learning activities in line with academic standards
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program improvement
• Supervise student projects, design studios, and research work
• Engage in research activities and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic review processes
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and institutional initiatives
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline
• 3-5 years of teaching and/or research experience (post-PhD preferred)
• Strong potential for scholarly research and publication
• Experience or interest in curriculum development and academic program delivery
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
