Position Overview
We are inviting applications for a
Faculty position in Human Resource Management and Business Law
. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, industry insight, and experience in implementing
Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
and
NAAC quality assurance frameworks
.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and tutorials in Human Resource Management and Business Law for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Design, develop, and review Outcome-Based Education (OBE) aligned course content, lesson plans, and assessments.

Participate actively in NAAC documentation, quality audits, and institutional accreditation processes.

Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, and career progression.

Engage in research, publications, and academic development initiatives.

Collaborate with faculty teams to enhance the quality and relevance of the curriculum.

Uphold institutional standards of discipline, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification
-
Mandatory: Master’s Degree in Business Law (MBL) only from a recognized university.

Preferred: Additional qualification in Human Resource Management or Management Studies.

Desirable: Ph.D. (awarded or pursuing).
Experience
-
2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in HR and Business Law at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Hands-on experience with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks and NAAC accreditation processes is mandatory.

Exposure to HR or corporate legal compliance in industry will be an added advantage.
