Position Overview

The Business School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM). The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong academic grounding in HR, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students through innovative pedagogy. Early-career researchers with high potential and enthusiasm for building a strong academic profile are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

● Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management and related areas (e.g., Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics).

● Engage in curriculum design and development aligned with NEP 2020 and industry requirements.

● Conduct research leading to publications in reputed journals.

● Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.

● Actively participate in departmental and school-level academic activities.

● Foster collaborations with industry for guest lectures, live projects, and placements.

● Contribute to accreditation, rankings, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) with specialization in HR from a recognized university/institution.

Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior (awarded or near

completion preferred).

● Evidence of research potential through publications, working papers, or conference presentations.

Desired Skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to adopt new-age teaching methods, including case-based, experiential, and technology-enabled learning.

● Interest in emerging areas like HR Analytics, AI in HR, and Strategic HRM.

● Commitment to mentoring and guiding students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
