Head of Department - English

Position Overview:

Pathways School Noida is looking for a dynamic and experienced International Teacher for the position of Head of Department – English. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for literature and language, and experience in the International Baccalaureate curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the department and the coordinator.
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery
• Support and mentor faculty members
• Drive student engagement and academic excellence

Requirements:

• Masters in English
• Minimum 8 years of teaching experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in International Baccalaureate either the MYP or the DP is essential
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers and the school administration.
