Head – Film Division

TOABH Creatives, one of India’s leading talent and production agencies, is looking for an experienced professional to head our Film Division. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone passionate about cinema, casting, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Lead and oversee all film-related casting projects across various genres and productions.
• ⁠ ⁠Manage and develop a pool of actors, models, and performers, ensuring consistent talent growth and representation.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct talent scouting to identify fresh and promising faces for upcoming projects.
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and production houses for casting requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth casting operations and project delivery.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain strong industry relationships to expand the company’s film network and project opportunities.
• ⁠ ⁠Contribute to the creative and strategic development of the Film Division.

Preferred Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in film casting, talent management, or production coordination.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of the film and entertainment industry dynamics.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask, manage teams, and handle multiple film projects simultaneously.
• ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of production processes is highly preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
