Assistant Professor in Commerce

Arcot Mahalakshmi Women’s College of Education is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Commerce. The ideal candidate must hold a Postgraduate degree (PG) in Commerce along with a Master of Education (M.Ed) qualification, with a strong foundation in teaching Commerce subjects to B.Ed students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging lectures, guiding student teachers in both theory and practicum, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to academic and co-curricular activities of the institution. A passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with innovative pedagogical approaches are essential. Prior teaching experience in a B.Ed college or teacher education institution will be considered an added advantage.
