About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor in Marketing to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering student learning and research in the field of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Marketing and related business areas.
  • Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous course improvement.
  • Engage in academic research, publications, and departmental activities.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other institutional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
  • Preferred: Ph.D. (awarded or pursuing) in Marketing or related field.
  • Prior teaching or research experience at the college/university level will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong academic and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital tools, and industry practices.
  • Ability to engage students effectively and create an interactive learning environment.
