About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor in Marketing to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering student learning and research in the field of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Marketing and related business areas.
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
- Contribute to curriculum design and continuous course improvement.
- Engage in academic research, publications, and departmental activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other institutional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
- Preferred: Ph.D. (awarded or pursuing) in Marketing or related field.
- Prior teaching or research experience at the college/university level will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong academic and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital tools, and industry practices.
- Ability to engage students effectively and create an interactive learning environment.
